Overview

This privacy policy explains what information is collected when you visit nawanirakshit.vercel.app (the "Site") or use any mobile application published by Rakshit Nawani (the "Apps"), how it is used, and the choices you have.

Mobile apps

The Apps collect analytics data only, such as app usage events, screen views, crash reports, app version, device model and operating system version. This data is used solely to understand how the Apps are used, fix problems and improve them.

No other records are captured. The Apps do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, files, precise location or any other personal information, and they do not require you to create an account.

Information you provide

If you use the contact form, you provide your name, email address and message. This information is used only to read and reply to your message. It is delivered by email through Resend, a third-party email service, and is not stored in a database on the Site.

Information collected automatically

The Site is hosted on Vercel. Like most hosting providers, Vercel may process standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device information and the pages you request, for security, performance and operating the service.

The Site stores your light or dark theme preference in your browser's local storage. This stays on your device and is not sent to any server. The Site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How information is used

Information is used to respond to enquiries, keep the Site and Apps running securely, and improve them. Your information is never sold, rented or shared for marketing purposes.

Third-party services

The Site relies on Vercel (hosting) and Resend (email delivery). The Apps may use a third-party analytics or crash-reporting service to process the analytics data described above. These providers process data according to their own privacy policies. The Site also links to external sites such as GitHub, LinkedIn and Stack Overflow, which have their own privacy practices.

Data retention

Messages sent through the contact form are kept in the receiving inbox only as long as needed to respond and follow up, and may be deleted on request.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete any personal information you have shared. To make a request, get in touch using the contact form on the Site.

Children's privacy

The Site and Apps are not directed at children under 13, and personal information from children is not knowingly collected.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the date below will be updated.
